T&C CryptoJar

Definitions

• User: the user who is using CryptoJar, in other words you.
• Service: CryptoJar, otherwise known as CJar.
• Team: the CryptoJar team as officially known.
• Platform: Discord, on which CryptoJar runs.
• Partners: appointed representatives of listed coins.
• Jar: your personal crypto collection on CryptoJar.
• Listing: a contract between CryptoJar and a Partner.

CJar can change the T&C in the future based on developments. If a change occurs, we will notify you on the appropriate Discord channels. If you continue using CJar, you automatically agree to the updated T&C.

1. Account Responsibility and Recovery

To use CJar you must follow the specific guidelines of the platform. You are responsible for your own jar and your own account.

1.1 Recovery may be considered as an exception when:

• Accounts are provably hacked and therefore banned.
• Accounts have a large amount of funds, as decided by the team.
• Accounts belong to reputable partners.

Note: even if your case falls under these categories, we can still refuse recovery.

To initiate an account recovery review, the user must provide the team with a detailed explanation and documentation regarding the platform decision to terminate the account. Failure to provide this information may result in refusal to recover the jar.

1.2 Recovery will not be provided for reasons including:

• Your account has been terminated multiple times.
• You have received multiple warnings for breaking rules.
• You harass the team because your account was terminated by the platform.

2. Prohibited Use

With use of CJar you are not allowed to do the following. These can result in immediate and final termination of your jar and/or listing:

• Use CJar as a form of scamming people out of their money.
• Exploit CJar by making use of bots.
• Try to exploit CJar by using loopholes that may present itself.
• Doxx team or community members, or use this information to extort people.
• Use CJar to harass people.
• Spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt about partners without concrete proof of nefarious actions.

3. Listing Terms

3.1 Risk Assessment

When listing with CJar as a potential partner, CJar performs thorough research on the potential partner. This research decides if the listing continues. CJar performs this research before any listing fee transaction. CJar has the right to refuse listings based on risk assessment.

3.2 Yearly Maintenance

To keep a listing active, partners are required to pay a yearly maintenance fee to keep the chain they operate on maintained. The amount can only be changed on a new renewal.

Failing to pay this yearly fee results in deactivation of the chain and termination of the listing when the fee is more than 3 months late. CJar sends a notice each month while the fee is late. After 3 notices, CJar may terminate the listing.

If your listing is terminated in this way, you cannot list again with CJar.

4. Intellectual Property

CJar reserves all rights to intellectual property created by the team. By submitting content, the user grants CJar a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for marketing and operational purposes, with appropriate credit where feasible.

CJar owns all logos, images, theming, and the service itself. Users may use related intellectual property for communication, but not for commercial purposes.

5. Liability

CJar and the team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access/use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any loss of funds not proven to be the direct and intentional fault of the Service.

6. Termination Requests

For termination of the user's jar and attached information, as highlighted by the Privacy Policy, the user can request termination by email:
